Manfred Touron is a seasoned engineer, entrepreneur, and digital community organizer. He is the founder and CEO of Berty Technologies, a privacy-first messaging app and an offline-first messaging protocol.
He is also a consultant for private sector and non-commercial organizations. He provides organizational and IT architecture advising as well as more in-depth analysis and scoring audits. A highly skilled systems engineer and software author, Manfred also performs on-the-ground problem-solving for some of the organizations with whom he works.
Manfred is a longtime contributor and community builder in the world of open-source, and is proud to be co-building the future with Web3.
